• Feedings include:

  • Any supplements provided by owner

  • Premium hay up to 4x per day

• Buckets dumped, scrubbed and refilled with fresh water daily.

• Stalls are well bedded with pine shavings, cleaned daily, and picked multiple times as needed.

• Daily turnout  (weather and footing permitting)

  • Individual , or group turnout

  • grass or dirt paddocks

  • Large, safe turnouts with free choice hay

  • medical/rehabilitation paddock

• Tack trunk storage available with saddle and bridle rack, and a tack room.

• Use of indoor/outdoor arenas, riding track, wash stalls, grooming areas, access to trails.

•  Full visual check during turnout, night checks.

• Coordination of routine vet, dental, worming and farrier services.

• Blanketing changes

• Fly spray application and boots prior to turnout (owner supplied fly spray)

• Use of FLY PREDATORS 

• Manure removed from property weekly

• Light Laundry Service

• Owner lives on premise
